Company History
- 1974: Started in 1974 by Elio Trulli and Ugo Fioretti under Sheffield Welding Ltd
- 2000: Company name changed to Sheffield Welding and Fabricating Ltd in 2000 to have the public recognize and differentiate Sheffield Welding and Fabricating from other welding companies that cannot fabricate or design things from scratch. Owners: Elio Trulli, John Trulli and Sandro Trulli
- 2017: Company name changed to Sheffield Welding & Machining Ltd in 2017 to incorporate the machining side of the business and to advertise this fact. Current Owners: John Trulli and Sandro Trulli
